Create and Plan
As we mark a new year in much of the Western world, we may consider the nature of endings – and turn to new beginnings. Let’s bring some consciousness to that process through the power of writing.
In this second of two standalone workshops, you will have time to look forwards to the year to come. Create resources and set in motion plans to make the start of 2023 what you want it to be – and think about your longer term goals, aspirations, and dreams.
Through meditative practices, practical writing exercises, and a chance to share your aspirations with others, this will be an empowering and uplifting workshop to help support your journey to come. Welcome in the New Year with a sense of purpose and spaciousness.
We recommend that you also attend the workshop ‘Reflect and Prepare’ the previous week, but attending both is not essential. We will not be recording the workshop, so as to create an intimate container in which attendees feel able to share.
