Reflect and Prepare

As we mark a new year in much of the Western world, we may consider the nature of endings – and turn to new beginnings. Let’s bring some consciousness to that process through the power of writing.

In this first of two standalone workshops, you will have space to think and feel about the past year, bringing into focus your experiences and the inner changes that may have happened. This will lay the groundwork for your next chapter, as we set intentions and look forward.

Through meditative practices, practical writing exercises, and a chance to share your journey with others, this will be a reflective and thoughtful workshop to help support integration of the year just gone. Say goodbye to 2022 with a sense of closure!

We recommend that you also attend the workshop ‘Create and Plan’ the following week, but attending both is not essential. We will not be recording the workshop, so as to create an intimate container in which attendees feel able to share.
