In this four week course we will uncover the relationship between our Womb, Breasts and Heart - and how cultivating an empowered relationship with these energy centres can lead to a life filled with joy, pleasure, creativity - developing deeper intimacy with ourselves and the world around us.

Energetically, our Breasts are conduits for the Heart and reflect how we are giving and receiving love in our lives  - which is deeply influenced by our emotions. With the Heart linking down to the Womb through a sacred channel -  the resonance of our Heart affects the inner landscape of our Womb. 

So why does this matter? Many of us at some point have been affected by challenging or absence of cycles, mood swings, peri-/menopause, tender breasts, or one of the many femme-health conditions that are prevalent in the world today. But what if the source of these conditions is  not only related to external factors - but to how we are relating to ourselves, our emotions and the resonance of our Heart?

Over 4 modules you will learn the energetics of Womb and Breast well-being, whilst unveiling the magic of the Rose - as we are guided to deeper understanding  on the emotional challenges we face as women & womb folk - integrating our lived experiences into wisdom.

What to Expect

This course will be both informative and mystical with each week's theme building on the previous, offering tools to cultivate a deeper relationship with our bodies and inner & outer landscapes.

Simultaneously you will craft a personal devotional practice which can be implemented into your daily life, for developing a connection with the Rose and her multi-dimensional teachings, whilst accessing deeper wisdom & understanding of oneself. 

Together with other women, we share our stories and begin to weave the magic of plant spirit healing, somatic and shamanic embodiment, ritual and delicious self-care modalities to live a more full & rich life, in touch with our Womb, Heart and Breasts - the source of our power, truth and wisdom.

The Modules

Wednesday’s 24th April - 15th May, 19:00 - 21:30 UK on Zoom

Each module forms an initiation into the sacred arts of the feminine with a 2.5 hour live call ritual, recorded meditations & video content, PDF document with Womb & Rose Mysteries teachings, ritual and embodiment practices all held in an intimate container of women & womb folk, forming a supportive space as we learn, heal and grow together.

Every week you will be invited to engage with practices designed to awaken our capacity to receive and hold the Mystery - inviting the possibility that inner transformation, influences also our bodies well-being and our relationships in the world.

Sessions are recorded however live-attendance is recommended to receive the most from the experience.

Module One:
Gateway of SELF LOVE

Compassion
 

As the highest vibrational flower, Rose carries the most potent frequency for us to embody love, and develop deep compassion for ourselves.

Through the gentle expansion of our heart's field, Rose supports in lifting the imprints of limiting beliefs and blockages that prevent us from holding ourselves in self acceptance and care. In allowing the grief to flow, we create space to receive and hold ourselves in deep unconditional love.

Using tools in self-massage, breath, embodiment and self-reflection, we awaken our vessels to receive the graceful frequency of the Rose - opening the channel between our Heart and Womb.

Module Two:
Gateway of SURRENDER

Trust 

Before we feel able to allow ourselves to surrender to love, to life - we first must feel trust.

But to trust, first begins with strengthening our self worth, so we are able to receive the unconditional love and support that already exists around us - the unconditional devotion of Gaia - our beloved Earth.

In a carefully crafted embodiment journey, we will facilitate the release of emotions and grief that may be unconciously preventing us from feeling that inherent sense of belonging we have here with Earth. Through developing our devotional practice, we exercise our heart muscle to bring forgiveness to self & other - inviting us to gracefully descend into the embrace of the Rose.

This module is about discovering trust in ourselves and the deep well of support that nature holds for us, whilst learning inner tools of communication between our Heart and Yoni & Womb.

Module Three: 
Gateway of SACRED UNION
 

Devotion

The Rose initiates us into the path of love -  how to be present and in a state of balance in a world which is so fragmented. To love in these times is a courageous act, and so needed for our collective freedom as it is through compassion, that we can transform.

This ritual will be a Sacred Marriage of the Elements, uniting the different aspects of ourselves - realising that we can be both/and - wild and wise, sovereign and supported, express beauty and our rage, each forming a unique yet complete petal on the mult-dimensional Rose. 

In this module we reconnect ourselves with the sacred flow of life, by discovering inner union - using alchemical tools that bring balance to our emotions through harmonising our inner landscape - awakening our capacity to receive, co-create and hold the vibration of this high frequency flower.

Module Four:
Gateway of SOPHIA

Wisdom

Sophia means Wisdom, and is recognised as the living consciousness of the Earth and Cosmos.

Connecting to the Rose as the embodiment of Sophia, awakens and strengthens our inner knowing, inviting  us to  embody the truth of our essence, anchored in our intuitive capacities and instinctual knowledge. 

This module we will use inner inquiry to  integrate our lived experiences into knowledge, and through breath and embodiment - discover inner tools to  communicate our truth and wisdom with love, courage and compassion.

What's Included:
 

• 4 × 2.5hrs Live Workshops & Ceremonies
  We meet every week on Wednesday evenings, for a 2.5hr live session delving into the Womb Mysteries, Sacred Plants of the Feminine, journeying through Shamanic Embodiment, Creative Ritual, Guided Meditation, Sharing Circles, Womb Activations and Light Language.
• Resources & Homework
  Each week you will receive a recording covering the plant and symbol for  your personal exploration, a guided meditation, a PDF with resources, and optional homework, typically in the form of a creative task or ritual.

  You will be placed in a pod of 4 or 5 other Womxn, so that you can share in depth and form close connections.
• Integration Meeting
  The final session will occur a few weeks later, to see how the work has been integrating into your life as you continue your journey into the Womb.
• Womb Buddy Work
  You will have the chance to connect deeper with other Womxn from within the circle, to share stories, and insights from practices.

Why the Rose?

My journey with the Rose began when she started showing up for me in dreams, guiding me to otherworlds and magical planes of existence. In these experiences I began to see through the lens of the Rose, learning directly from her the medicine I needed to heal my lost and grief stricken soul.

The mystery and history of this plant is beyond comparison to any flower; the oldest fossilized Rose is dated to be 35 million years old. The Rose contains a wild beauty - grace found within its blooms, and darkness among its thorns. 

The Rose has taught me that our existence here on Earth is intrinsically interwoven with the natural world, yet many of us have forgotten this fundamental wisdom,  often causing us to feel separate, abandoned, and confused as to who we are, and why we are here. Through my personal journey with the Rose, I have begun to heal the scar tissue from the debris of life, and soothe the original wounding of separation in my soul - bringing a state of wholeness, and learning the art of bridging worlds.

In animism it is understood that plants have a highly evolved conciousness that allows them to exist in multiple dimensions at once. Without the outer distractions of the human mind, plants have a direct line to source energy - connected to the core of existence, yet a unique frequency of the seed that sparked the universe. Through their pure vibration they can accelerate healing, promote clear insight and intuition, and return our vibration to a state of balance, health and wholeness. At a quantum level, they are able to access knowledge and wisdom from higher planes of conciousness, whilst simultaneously existing on the Earthly plane. They are great teachers of embodied wisdom, anchoring into the knowledge that some of our greatest teachings arise from deep within the body and the Womb.  For true healing to occur,  it needs to not only happen through the mind, but through the body and spirit, so the transformation can be integrated at a cellular level.

It is important to remember that plant sprits are guides to healing, and are not intended as a ‘quick fix’ to any sort of ailment and misalignment. They can support the awakening of spiritual conciousness here on Earth, facilitating the movement of emotion and energy, allowing us to acknowledge the parts of ourselves that need to be expressed, released and held in love and compassion.

Our bodies and emotions are deep expressions of the soul, so we can use them as a compasss for our healing path, whilst feeling the graceful support of the plants bringing us home.

The plant ally we journey during this programme (Rose) has been fundamental in my personal healing of sexual trauma, lack of self worth, confusion and painful Womb conditions. I cannot guarantee what will unfold for you through working with them, as we each are so unique in experience and what is required for our personal development,  however I have full faith in the expanded awareness, and insight that these plants compassionately offer us.

Bryony is a courageous & highly intuitive practitioner and facilitator of alchemical embodiment, creating empowering experiences for women and womb folk as she bridges the mundane to magic through the Shamanic Womb Arts, Flower Healing, and Mystery School teachings.

She is devoted to the feminine principle, with deep study of Temple Arts and Midwifing the Veils. Her extensive training also includes includes Flower Essences & Vibrational Medicine, Womb Yoga and Yoga Nidra, Animistic Healing Practices and Shamanic Embodiment Coaching.
