Hello wonderful you. How strange it is to try and write a short bio about the infinitely shifting realities of a self-story! I am a lover of this dance of life, exploring the flow through my work as a clinical psychologist (NHS and private, specialty in Complex Trauma), yoga teacher and teacher trainer, founding director of Bristol Yoga Roots Project and nature-based facilitator. I am continually curious about, and in service to, embodied wisdom, mutual empowerment, women's wisdom, and regenerative purpose that honours nature for the healing and growth of all. I hold a space that is strong and steady, but with a cheeky dose of mystery and mischief woven in.
