I am a spiritually-interested soul with a love of language and communication. I am a freelance writer and poet (print and performance) with a first-class BA from Durham University in English and Spanish, and  a distinction-grade PGCert in Teaching Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge. 

I have worked in public sector education and social care in London, and have spent time travelling in Southeast Asia and living abroad as a volunteer, student and intern in Peru and Spain.  My passions include reading, languages and mental health. I am especially interested in how creativity and self-expression can foster wellbeing and in working around oppressive structures to build more compassionate and connected modes of existence.
