After a long break, we’re delighted to bring back Release Your Ecstatic Vibe - a guided, fun, and cathartic adventure - to the heart of Bristol.

In a space free of judgment, we invite you to join us on a journey through the breath, body, and voice as we move together and collectively approach the powerful and profound practice of laughter yoga, discovering our inner center of joy.

Blending traditional spiritual traditions with downright silliness, this session will consist of:

  • Guided meditation and relaxation
  • Pranayama (breathwork)
  • A creative vinyasa yoga flow incorporating elements of qi gong
  • Vocal improvisation games combined with laughter yoga practice
  • Sharing circle

Please bring with you: a yoga mat, a bottle of water, your inner playful child, and an open mind, whatever depth or serious ridiculousness may arise…
