Medicine for the heart.  We'll go on an inner journey to help our hearts release the past, the hurt and the old in gentleness, and  feel again, remember tenderness, give and receive love. 

Putting narratives, egos and old stories to the side, as our emotions flow, are heard, acknowledge and felt as a gentle invitation to explore them, let them go, reconciliate, make peace and be healed. 

Inner connection through medicine  music, Healing frequencies, Andean tea, Nature Immersion, Nourishing vegan meals, Overnight stay, Grounding,  optional Hapeh and Sananga on day 1, Guided Meditations, and a journey to the self in a safe space laced with lots of love.

>> This is a one-day healing retreat and overnight accommodation, with a focus on opening your heart soft, and bring back the forgotten tenderness and strength within your heart.   Holistic Healing retreat for a very small group (2-4 people) with plant medicines and Hapeh and Sananga available.      

>> Your inner work begins before the retreat date.   There is a recommended dieta preparation for this retreat, it is easy to follow and full guidanc provide  upon booking. 

>> Your inner work continues on integration.  Guided sharing session to exchange insights and experiences, to help with your integration work and, to download any gift messages in a safe, confidential setting after 3 weeks.
