This Day Retreat is a creation from over 12 years of experience working with the body, we will be exploring:

In a stunning location overlooking the levels in the Heart of Glastonbury, laylines run under the building creating a powerful healing portal. 

This day will support:

Kundalini Yoga for the awakened women

We will be exploring my tried and tested Kundalini yoga exercises and meditations. These practices will awaken your kundalini energy, helping you to move through mental, emotional, and energetic blocks

Pelvic Floor Awareness

Pelvic floor meditation can help improve your mind-body connection, decreasing overprotection, pelvic floor tension, and pain or symptoms.

In yogic practices, the pelvic floor is often described as a gateway to unlocking our potential for this spiritual awakening.

I will guide you through a body-nourishing pelvic floor meditation, and pelvic floor activation practice

Shamanic Womb Massage Journey

So often we are unaware of the holding patterns/ armour, tension, and trauma that we hold within our bodies. 

This self-massage shamanic Womb journey will support you in becoming aware of and releasing unprocessed energy, helping you to become aware of unconscious patterns, stories, beliefs, or mental loops.

It is a deeply nourishing and supportive journey through touch, breath, and sound,

The self-massage technique is Abdominal Sacral Massage,  massaging from the rib cage down to the top of the pelvis
