This intimate 4 day retreat is an opportunity to step away from your ordinary rhythm, to immerse yourself in a deep healing process, in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees, with a combination of breathwork and medicine ceremonies, nature immersion, meditation, group integration and therapeutic journeying.

This is a rare opportunity to be held in an intimate container; with just three double bedrooms on offer, we cater only for small groups of between 3-4 people, meaning you will receive an impeccable level of therapeutic support and holding.

Your journey will be held in luxury mountain accommodation nestled in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees. The deep work of the retreat will be balanced with trips to the waterfalls, beautiful hikes and recharging at the thermal springs & spa.

The opportunity to heal, to grow, to learn, to release and to realign are massively amplified when we do the work together. Yet the spaces we traverse in these journeys are delicate, and so the web of connection should be woven with threads of intimacy.

The ceremonies and sessions will be supported by a rhythm of morning meditation and afternoon excursions to the thermal springs spa and waterfalls, home cooked meals and free time to rest.

The Land

Situated in a small village in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees just 2 hours from Barcelona, these ancient mountains are as powerful as they are breathtaking.

Expect to be woken up by distant cowbells and hear the sound of the flowing spring outside of the house.

Surrounded by forests, rivers and panoramic mountain views, there will be beautiful hikes, trips to the waterfalls, drinking fresh spring water & a visit to the thermal spring & spa.

Accommodation

Luxury mountain home, La Rectoria is situated in the Heart of the Spanish Pyrenees. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom; expect to be woken up by distant cowbells and hear the sound of the flowing spring outside of the house, surrounded by forests and rivers with panoramic mountain views from our spacious ceremony room.

Phœbe

Phœbe is a highly skilled psychotherapist and space holder who’s rich experience both personally and professionally through healing with expanded states of consciousness, enables a breadth and depth to her vision. Leading with a bold heart and listening deeply, her work flows between the spiritual and the psychological, the intuitive and the informed, the shamanic and the somatic; with her feet in “both worlds” she holds powerful space and creates both safe and sacred containers for individuals to journey.

She works as a psychotherapist in private practise, as a psychedelic guide on the clinical trials at Imperial College in London, and holds both one-to-one and large group breathwork ceremonies in the UK, Spain and beyond. Her hope and prayer as a space holder is to guide and support you to tap back into your centre, to reconnect your deepest wisdom & intelligence that knows exactly what you need, both for your healing, and your thriving. Her own experience through altered-states ignited her fascination with, and deep trust in expanded-states of consciousness, and how these can be harnessed for healing. This underpins all of the work she does.

‍Her work and life, is infused with ceremony, ritual and prayer. She feels how precious these times on earth are, that within every crisis be that global or personal, is the fertile ground for opportunity. She believes we must endeavour to walk the earth gently, to support each other on this journey of transformation and healing: we need everyone.

Robert

Robert is a space holder, Mentor, and dedicated student of counseling and Life Coaching. With over seven years of experience in ceremonial work with various plant medicines, he embodies a profound trust in their transformative powers. Having also undergone a 'rites of passage', Robert brings a depth of understanding to his practice. His experience in guiding meditations and co-facilitating breathwork ceremonies reflects his commitment to holistic healing.

He possesses a remarkable capacity to hold space for individuals, employing both strength and gentleness to support them on their journey. Robert recognises the importance of grounding techniques, utilising nature and visualisation to foster connection and stability. He firmly believes that a profound bond with the earth is essential for navigating the depths of the unconscious mind during plant medicine and breathwork experiences.

Beyond his therapeutic pursuits, Robert finds solace and inspiration in the outdoors, participating in activities such as bushcraft, foraging, and fly fishing. His passion for music, particularly wind instruments, further enriches his offerings.

His dedication to creating a supportive and transformative environment underscores his commitment to facilitating healing and growth for all those he encounters.

The wide experience and deep integrity of the facilitators creates a potent and very safe space where I felt able to trust and go deep during breath work and ceremony.
