5-days Luminous Spirit Retreat in Tulum, Mexico

We begin our journey by priming our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body for what is to come. The cleansing and releasing aspect will involve the ancient purification ritual of the traditional native American Temazcal (Inipi), attuning your biggest organ (the skin) with a flower bath, an opportunity to receive guidance and protection with Master Plant Tobacco in a cleansing ceremony, submerging in the crystalline waters of the Mayan Riviera on excursions that will leave you feeling deeply invigorated, and an experiential workshop on Energetic Bodywork practices to clear and activate your energetic channels to leave you feeling vital and alive. 

The next stage of our journey we will align, activate and envision through complementary healing modalities and heart-opening practices, including two sacred ceremonies to commune with the Great Spirit of the Grandmother Medicine for divine healing, revelation and transformation. We will ground and integrate new frequencies into the body with a nourishing embodied Yoga and Meditation practice and optional Myofascial release massage. Share wisdom and inspiration through connection building integration circles and learn valuable new tools through an Energy Healing transmission where you will learn how to ignite your natural healing abilities and optimise the flow of energy in your body.

With plenty of time to rest, relax and simple be in between, expect to reset on a cellular level with a recalibrative sound healing experience that will harmonize mind, body and spirit through melodic sounds and Shipibo chanting and benefit from the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of your souls path through Akashic and Mapacho consultations if you so choose.
