This is a small private group. First come serve, first serve basis.

Sound frequencies are a key component throughout of this experience. We use sound frequencies and music as the conduit, the vehicle through which we explore, we discover and we allow ourselves to relax, re-connect, release the unwanted and the obsolete in a safe container, and to help us ground, recenter and feel the inner calm and the joy within.

We will play a variety of music and sounds that promote deep relaxation, release of tension and trapped emotions. You are expected to lie back comfortably. As you allow the different harmonies take you into various states, may it be tranquility, euphoria, freedom, relaxation, or even emotional release as our inner wisdom takes charge.

You will reconnect with your body, be present, connect heart-mind and body, to release stored tension and promote a sense of embodiment. Experience reconencting whole, with your senses, gentle movements, your voice, emotional release, or a sense of lightness and gratitute.   All is welcome is here.   A deeper connection with yourself and the present moment.
