Our Tribe Summer Gathering 

I am deeply grateful for the glory and grace of this tribe.

We are stronger together, weaving threads of this living culture. 

I personally need to celebrate 4 decades of my life.

So please help me by coming into unification through body, heart and soul.

I invite you to welcome one another with sincerity as you arrive. The welcoming is everything here. It is the kindling for a fire that will burn into the night. 

A night of beats, bass and soulful tunes followed by sharing at OUR heart-fire, all held in the embrace a local riverside paradise. (30mins from Totnes) Then lets sink into a Sublime Sunday to integrate, relax and receive. 

What’s on offer here? 

• Riverside Spa and lovely deep swimming hole
• Bring your own BBQ (Salad plate provided if purchased)
• SoundSystem DJs Until Midnight
• Midnight Ceremony & Journey to Forest HeartFire
• Bardic Space for shared music and drumming until dawn
• Sunday Pancake Brunch, Swims and Sauna
• Live Music with Lea Lazelle & Mamadoury Diallo (and others tbc)
• Sunday Afternoon Ecstatic Dance to close.

OUR SATURDAY TEMPLATE : 

• 3pm : Arrive & Pitch
• 4pm : Music Starts
• 4.30pm : BBQ
• 6pm : Intention Tuning
• 6.30pm : Open space for your pleasure and play - Dance, Spa, Socialise
• Midnight  : Ritual and Walk to the Forest Bardic Heartfire

CALL-OUT ; Seeking a couple of female DJs to add to the mix. Apply Within. 

COMING LATE / LEAVING LATE

It is very much preferred that you come and stay for the night. The ticket includes camping. 

Leaving late or arriving late isn’t ideal - due to cars moving around in the dark & we do want to create the energy of a festival container. 

However if you really need to, please let me know before buying a ticket.

• From 4.30pm
• Bring something to grill if you wish,
• & Pre-Purchase a Wholesome Salad plate for £5
• (Must be purchased in advance)

🤎 CEREMONIAL CACAO ☕️ 

• Available only from 6.30pm - 7.30pm
• (Must be pre-purchased)
• There wont be a shared ritual - so please create your own.

🥞  OUR PANCAKE BRUNCH 🥞 

• We provide the batter.
• Please bring toppings to share.
• More info to come on how this might work. (helpers needed!)

🎟  OUR TICKETS 🎟 

• There’s no profit here at all, other than that of the good times we share.
• £25 from each ticket goes to the land owner for camping / wild spa / use of marquee etc.
• Anything additional goes to pay Artists / Cover expenses
• Budget will be transparent for all to see.

OUR RULES AND BOUNDARIES 🙏

CARS : To ensure safety we ask that there is no Arrivals, Depatures or driving on site : 

• After 10pm Saturday
• Before 7am Sunday

NOISE : No Noise in Campsite / Marquee / Spa area after Midnight. 
After midnight DO make noise in the woods with us. 🥁🪘

No Noise near the Owners House / Cottage at all (on the track to the woods) 

SUBSTANCES. No Alcohol Please

Whilst we don’t have a rule against smoking marijuana. We ask that you, PLEASE BE SUBTLE and keep it out of sight of the owner. 

If you decide to journey with something else, please be self-responsible and stay in a comfortable limit.  

NAKEDNESS : 

Nakedness is technically not permitted before dark by the owner. However I will not personally be policing this in the spa / swimming area. Maybe bring a swimming costume just in case and  wear clothes elsewhere on site.

Be aware that there is a large river on site.

• Safety and gatekeeping
• Where best to put your camping
• How to feel most supported by the community.
• Any Activities for kids.
