Escape the hustle and bustle of South Bristol and immerse yourself in the serene world of tree identification, coupled with some resourcing and rejuvenating breathwork practices.

Ainsley, with his extensive background in nature conservation, ecopsychology and tree lore, will guide you through an enchanting journey of discovery. Learn to identify various tree species while delving into the captivating myths and folklore surrounding them, enriching your understanding and connection with nature.

As a seasoned nature connection and breathwork practitioner, Ainsley understands the importance of slowing down and nurturing oneself amidst today's hectic world. Through gentle guidance, he'll lead you towards a sense of peace and empowerment, using breathwork techniques to tap into your innate resilience.

This unique blend of practical tree identification and soul-nourishing breathwork promises to deepen your bond with the natural world and, most importantly, with yourself.

No need to bring anything except an open mind and a willingness to explore. Feel free to bring a notebook and pen however they're not essential. After all, this journey is about embracing the present moment rather than taking notes.

Tickets are donation-based, ensuring accessibility to all. Your generous contributions not only support the continuation of these sessions but also enable the potential of reaching a broader audience. A suggested donation of £10 is appreciated, but any amount is welcomed.

Our meeting point is at the The Northern Slopes, a lovely nature reserve in South Bristol. Look for us near the Wedmore Vale entrance, specifically the What3words location: ///under.throw.snap.
