cum.what.may is a non-profit, free-to-access platform and community led by a team of Sex Educators, Practitioners and Facilitators. Our intention is to create safe spaces for people to dissolve their shame and find their truest sexual expression.

Cum Not May is our flagship month, in which we use semen retention as a tool for males to become mindful about their bodies and their sexual practices.

Cum Not May will host weekly Circles for male bodies to share about their experience, held in a vulnerable, supportive container by the Leaders of cum.what.may. There is free access to cum.what.may's online platform which has specific content with regard to semen retention and energetic orgasmicity.

Semen retention has been known to have many health benefits and has been a practice documented for over 8000 years in Ancient China, as well as by philospohers such as Socrates and Plato. However, the majority of men in our generation have not explored this practice, or if they have, may not have had the discipline to stick with it over time.

This is an opportunity for you to be mindful about how it feels to retain; will you have more energy? Will you have less energy? How does it affect your sleep or your relationship with your partner?

During this month you will explore yourself on a much deeper level, alongside like-minded brothers who will support your journey and keep you accountable.

Please note that this is not a NoFap event. cum.what.may has set this month up as a container to explore curiosity. Every man is different, therefore semen retention will affect each person differently to others. Semen Retention could have benefits for you, or it may not, but how will you know if you're never given it a go...?
