“Birth is painful and delightful. Death is painful and delightful. Everything that ends is also the beginning of something else. Pain is not a punishment; pleasure is not a reward.” - Pema Chödrön

Hi there,

Spring is slowly emerging here in the UK and we hope wherever you are in the world you're feeling the shift into the energy of the new season; the season of birth, of renewal, and of letting go to make space for the new. As difficult as that can sometimes be.

To celebrate, we're highlighting our upcoming events in nature connection. Events that allow us to rebalance ourselves by coming into contact with the most grounding force there is. As humans, our inner lives and emotions are in constant flux and when we look closely nature can be a deeply comforting mirror to our own cycles and reminder that change is a natural process. We hope you can join us!

We also invite you devoted psychonauts out there to get involved in The Mushroom Experience project, a ground-breaking comparative study by ecologist Sam Gandy that aims to gather information on the varied effects of different psilocybin-mushrooms on psychedelic trips. How have golden teachers compared to your experience with liberty caps? Or more unusual strains? Share your experiences in this short survey and contribute to the field of fungal psychopharmacology.
