FOOLS SUNDAY - 'Divinity of Play' Workshop and Nature Dance.

oooooooo lala,

Isn't it time? 

Time to shed our ragged winter skins?

To gently tickle awake the sleeping child within us? 

Imagination is perhaps, a portal to true, spiritual connection. 

The oldest mystics certainly knew it. 

The Divinity of Play (Sanskrit : Lila) is alive in all things. 

We approach with care & with courage to await an authentic connection with our own true impulses. 

It's like waiting for a bus, but enjoying it. 

Or baking an egg on the back of a buffalo. (perhaps not that) 

but maybe!

In any case, we gather to play 45 mins of awakening games, prior to a lovely Gypsy-style StompyWomp down by the riverside.

Followed by chilling, music jamming, and general indulgence in natures lushous embrace. 

LIMITED TO 40 PEOPLE (otherwise it could be ridiculous)

These sorts of workshops can make you want to run a mile (or 58)

This will be a gentle, friendly approach to play. Everything is optional and you can always sit-out and enjoy the river. 

OUR DANCE

I am pre-preparing a shorter (80 min) set for your loving enjoyment. It will include bouncy Balkan beats and exotic rhythms to encourage deep and playful connection with your dance, your community and mumma nature.
