Are you ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation?

Are you aware of the potential benefits of psychedelic experiences but feel uncertain about the preparation process?

Alalaho is a pioneering organization in the field of legal psychedelic retreats, offering safe and transformative experiences in the Netherlands. With years of experience guiding individuals through profound journeys, Jennifer and Stefana are well-equipped to share their expertise with you.

They will explore the crucial role that preparation plays in a successful and safe psychedelic experience. They will discuss how preparing mind, body, and spirit can lead to a deeper understanding of oneself and the world around us. They will cover topics such as setting intention, exploring one's motivations, preparing physically and mentally for the journey ahead, and crucially how to know in the first place when (if at all) is the right moment to have a psychedelic experience

You will leave with a better understanding of the benefits of preparation, including increased self-awareness, a clearer sense of purpose, and a greater ability to integrate insights from the psychedelic experience into their daily lives. You will also gain practical tips and tools for preparing for your own journey, whether you choose to work with Alalaho or another organization.

The event will conclude with a Q&A session, where attendees can ask their most pressing questions and receive personalized guidance from Jen and Stefana. This is a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts in the field and gain the knowledge and confidence to embark on your own psychedelic journey.

Don't miss this chance to start your journey of self-discovery and transformation. Register now for "Psychedelic Journey Preparation" with Jennifer Lode and Stefana Bosse from Alalaho.

Jennifer and Stefana are the founders of Alalaho and were previously co-directors of the Psychedelic Society’s Experience Retreats program.

SPEAKERS

Stefana Bosse

Stefana has worked with psychedelics for more than a decade, co-founding and directing the Psychedelic Society's pioneering Experience Retreats programme in 2016, the first European psilocybin-retreat programme of its kind, which eventually led her to founding Alalaho. She has trained in various psychotherapeutic modalities with The School for Essential Counselling, participated in the MDMA-Assisted Therapy Training with the Multidisciplinary Association of Psychedelic Studies – MAPS (US), explored sensuality and sexuality work with different tantra and embodiment teachers, studied in shamanic lineages of the Americas, predominantly in the Lakota and Shipibo tradition, and participated in a modern Mystery School training in New Zealand. However, her most important initiation and education came from the illness and death of her mother. She is also continuously learning through nature, dancing, singing, martial arts, her friends and family, and ultimately through love itself. It is her greatest passion and honour to support others on the multifaceted journey of what it means to be a human being and contribute to the creation of a culture where we ignite our love of the truth, open up to our inherent wisdom, become empowered to take responsibility for our lives, and feel free to express our unique gifts.

Jennifer Tessler

Jennifer began her in-depth inquiry into the nature of reality and the inner workings of the mind (heart) after a life-changing backpacking journey to Asia in her late teens where she discovered both Tibetan Buddhism and the sacred use of psychedelic medicines. Over the last 13 years, she has spent over 800 days in meditation retreat under the close guidance and tutelage of her Tibetan Buddhist teacher. She also holds a degree in Social Anthropology from Sussex University, and has trained as an integrative transpersonal psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, London. In 2018, she began facilitating psilocybin-assisted retreats and co-directing the Psychedelic Society's Experience Retreats programme, eventually leading to the founding of Alalaho. For her, this precious work is all about supporting the unfolding of the infinite vitality, wisdom and potential that lies at the core of our being… just like the blossoming of a lotus.
