Please Note: application deadline is 20th March!

After an intense psychedelic experience returning to your everyday life and making sense of the experience can be challenging and isolating.

The months following such an experience offer a rich window to shift old patterns of behaviour and incorporate insights into the fabric of your life, however this can be a difficult process without support and accountability.

This therapy group will meet for four consecutive months. It will provide a safe space in which you can revisit and explore the contents of your experience with the aim of supporting you to open a deeper relationship with your inner world and other people.

Two psychotherapists with extensive experience working with psychedelics will facilitate the group. It will not be directive, exercise-based or provide advice but will encourage self-expression, exploration and the cross-pollination of experiences and insights between group members.

All we ask is that you bring openness and curiosity.

Considerations

  • The group will take place in-person.
  • The groups will last two hours.
  • The group will run for 4 months
  • For the continuity of all members we ask that all participants commit to attend all 4 sessions in their entirety.
  • The sessions will take place on Tuesday: April 4th, May 9th, June 6th and July 4th.
  • The group provides an open compassionate and judgement-free space for people to recount their experiences and can include evocative material that some people may find challenging. You may benefit from additional individual therapeutic support during this time.
  • The group discourages active use of psychedelics or other psychoactive drugs during group meetings and, in accordance with the law, neither provides illicit substances nor referrals to illegal psychedelic services or psychedelic psychotherapy.
  • Every participant will undergo a two-part screening process to ensure that the group is beneficial for them: firstly an application form and secondly an online meeting with the facilitators.
  • If you are not accepted after completing the application form we will refund the amount you paid, deducting a fee of £15.
  • If you are unable to participate in the therapy group after the online meeting with the facilitators we will refund the cost of your ticket, but will deduct £15 for the application form and £50 for the online meeting with the facilitators.
