We look forward to welcoming you to The Pleasure of Sleep workshop on Sunday 12 February 5-6.30pm GMT (UK) on Zoom.
Doors close at 5.05pm GMT (UK); please don't be late as you will not be admitted and no refunds will be issued.
We've all been through a lot (particularly) in the last couple of years or so, and a recurring theme from many of my conversations is that folx have phases of not sleeping well (or at all).
These phases can last for a short time or become, what might be considered, 'normal' and just something that we have to 'put up with' - not so!
Years ago I worked through chronic depression and one facet of that was dysfunctional sleep (and I really felt the impact). After speaking to doctors (and their only recommendation - at that time - being pills), I decided to study sleep and get my energy back in a healthier and more sustainable way.
In this interactive workshop, participants will learn the science behind sleep, it's importance and function, and how we can claim our rest back - allowing us to reconnect with our energy and verve for living and pleasure.
We will cover:
- The benefits of sleep
- The obstacles that can hinder sleep, and
- The small, practical steps we can take to become more rested
Fennel Waters a.k.a The Fenwitch (she/they) is a qualified coach, Mindfulness Trainer, and fitness instructor.
Alongside their qualifications they have studied and trained in various subjects (including sleep) that fuel their passion for healing and shedding what doesn't serve us so that we can expand into our favourite selves, and *thrive*.
