Welcome ALL to the monthly Soul Tribe Community Gathering!

This is a co-created space where we can all come together as a community, to learn something new, connect with one another, eat together, heal, share, laugh, cry... the possibilities are endless!

There's space for workshops, talks, stories, skill share, performances, songs, poetry, offerings of any kind.

This event is what you make it!

19.00 - Opening Circle @ Cacao Ceremony with Mexican Cacao
Let's drop in to our hearts and ground together. Connecting with the medicine through song & breath with Rae.

19.20 -The Power of Connection with Joel : an opportunity to develop a greater awareness and understanding of yourself and others as part of the collective whole (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual elements).

20.00 - Dinner (vegan and gf )

21.00 - A pre workshop talk on addiction, emotional intelligence & trauma with Derek

21.45 - Open Mic/Cabaret
(Songs/poetry & creative expression)

22.30 - Jam
You don't need to be a musician to get involved with this jam. Bring your creativity and let's play with sound!

23.00 - Closing

***Shout out for volunteers to help with serving food and and cleaning up at the end of the night please! ***

- Blanket, comfy squish (we will be sitting on the floor a lot, although chairs are available for anyone who needs them)

Over the past two years we've co-created festivals and retreats and every time we are all completely blown away by the simple, profound pleasure of just BEING with one another in a safe environment, free from judgement, with full permission to just BE our self.
Where we can share our passions, our pains, our hearts, OUR TRUTH
To be seen and accepted as we are.
These have been spaces of deep healing, addressing trauma and pain as well as celebration and fun.
They've also been spaces of incredible connection, creating a web of tribe across the country, even across the globe!
