Do we have the right of knowing how our technological devices work? Is the business model of big corporations ethical? Is hacking a valid way of presenting an alternative to them?

Join us for a screening and discussion of The Hacktivist. The Hacktivist follows Andrew ‘bunnie’ Huang, a gray-hat hacker who is currently suing the United States government to restore users’ rights to own and use their technology autonomously. Huang is known for his clash with Microsoft some years ago after publishing a manual to hack the Xbox. The documentary has won various awards and was released in a virtual screening worldwide on September 2022.
