Join us for our monthly social event for Psychedelic Society members designed to build a community of like-minded souls as we explore, share, network, and discuss.

Theme: Psychedelic Authentic Relating

Authentic Relating is an approach to cultivating connection and collaboration with others through greater integrity, openness, and empathy. This results in more mutually rewarding and genuine relationships. Authentic Relating offers an invitation to both reveal yourself and discover deeper layers within yourself. As you do, what’s best about you will shine through more fully and brightly. It also offers an invitation to carefully listen for what’s authentic in others. Joshua Kaufman, a fellow Psychedelic Society member and AR facilitator will be leading us through a series of introductory games and exercises before we break into free-form discussion and connection around our common interest - psychedelics!

We will be meeting at Love Shack, a vegan restaurant and cocktail bar spread over three beautiful exposed brick arches in the heart of Hackney, East London. A variety of delicious food, drinks (including mushroom cacao!) will be available for purchase. We kindly ask that you arrive by 19:45 to avoid interrupting the facilitated part of the evening.

Facilitator: Joshua Kaufman

Joshua is on a mission to support more love and connection in the world through transformational workshops and coaching. After spending 20 years in tech as a designer and manager, he discovered Authentic Relating and was immediately intrigued by its potential to improve communication and support connection. Since then, he founded Authentic Oakland, where he was the lead facilitator during its first year, running numerous events in Bay Area, California. He’s continued his authentic relating training with Authentic Relating Training (ART) International, and is currently enrolled in their Certified Facilitator Program. In addition to his relational facilitation, he’s also an Integral Coach, certified by New Ventures West, helping people gain self-awareness, identify blind spots, navigate obstacles, and bring their whole selves to life.

ACCESS:  We do our best to include everyone in our events, regardless of health circumstances. If you have access requirements please email the event organiser directly to discuss. Many facilitators are able to offer reduced ticket prices for those truly unable to afford the ticket price. If this applies to you, do please get in touch with the event organiser.
