A non-residential 2-day retreat for couples and lovers to create consistent connection, understanding, and joy.

This is the first retreat of its kind and thus is a pilot retreat - hence the fees are lower. At the end of the retreat, you will be asked to share a video testimonial that can be filmed on-site. 

What the retreat will cover: 

1. 2 days of workshop-type embodiment practices where we explore the relationship that your heart is longing for
2. An exploration of your values and how to create relationship agreements from those
3. Learn how to communicate in more effective ways through authentic relating and the IMAGO relationship process
4. Learn how negativity, criticising, defending, stonewalling and contempt affects your relationship and what you can do to reduce these behaviours
5. Why you cannot appreciate your partner too much 
6. Learn how to communicate and heal past wounds in the present moment 
7. See your relationship through the perspective of your relationship instead of your own or your partners, and harvest important lessons about the gifts you have for each other

What is included: 

1 vegan lunch per day per person with food grown on the land

Time to chill on a beautiful land during the break 

This is a non-residential retreat, even though you can camp on the land on request. There is a compost loo facility, but no shower options or cooking options.
