What’s your relationship to sex, sexuality, and sensuality?

Many of us received little, poor, or no formal sex and relationship education as young people – and our elders may not have guided us in this fundamental way of being human, either. Add to that conflicting feminist thought and a patriarchal media culture - film and TV, social media, porn - and you have a recipe for confusion, disconnection, and unrealistic expectations.

How has this shaped your sexual self and how you relate to people you’re attracted to? Does it feel like there are expectations around how you “should” approach and “do” sex? Do these hold up in reality - and what do you really want from your sex life?

Through practical body-focussed exercises such as guided meditations and breathing, and creatively reflective writing prompts, we’ll gently enquire into the stories we’ve learned, get in touch with our sexual selves, and write ourselves into a pleasure-focused future. You’ll leave feeling freer from sexual narratives that no longer serve you and able to explore the delights of sexual expression you desire to cultivate.

This workshop is open to people of all genders and none.
