SHIFT!

Moving from the drama of a vicious cycle into the beauty of a medicine spiral.

We'll begin and complete with a simple listening circle so we all feel seen, heard and, ideally, understood. We'll feel the archetypes in our bodies, of the victim, persecutor, rescuer, addict and charlatan. We'll create moving sculptures and allow them to dissolve with compassion, transforming into the Movement Medicine archetypes of the dancing warrior, magical child, wise elder, wounded healer and inner shaman. We'll create incantations and breathe them into every cell. 

We can learn to stand up, grow up, and PLAY our parts.
