⫷ ACE GATHERING ⫸

our first co-created gathering

PART 1: GATHERING | FRI 25 - MON 28 FEB

PART 2: RESIDENTIAL | MON 28 FEB - FRI 4 MAR

North End Farm, Dorset

You have been invited to this gathering because you have been involved with EDB in one way or another &/or you have shown interest in being part of the new organisation, Ace Collectiv.

This is unlike anything that we’ve ever done before.

It would be an absolute honour to share this experience with you.

Let’s co-create the future we’ve all been visioning & dreaming of.

EDB & ACE COLLECTIV

We’re starting a new organisation called Ace Collectiv. It will be everything that EDB was & more. EDB will continue & will purely focus on Ecstatic Dance. Ace will be a co-op, collective & DAO with a membership scheme. It will produce events, festivals, ceremonies, workshops, lectures, trainings & more. More info here https://dandelion.earth/o/acecollectiv

INTENTION

At this gathering we will:

- co-create an epic gathering & party together

- be ourselves, create magic & have fun

- honour & dance with the mystery of life: within & without

COMPOST - honour & let go of anything which is no longer serving us individually, collectively & the EDB organisation

HARVEST - acknowledge & celebrate the evolutions of 2021 & the last 3 years of EDB

SEED - vision, set intentions & plant seeds for our individual & collective future; & the future of EDB & Ace Collectiv

PART 1: GATHERING | FRI 25 - MON 28 FEB

This event was initially going to be the first ever EDB crew party taking place on EDB’s 3rd birthday. However, with divine alignment, it has grown & evolved into something much more epic.

This gathering will act as a threshold between the last 3 years of EDB into the beginning of a new chapter. The beginning of Ace Collectiv.

If attending PART 1, we ask that you attend for the whole thing so we can start, journey & finish together. Schedule & timings below. If this is not possible for any reason then please let us know.

INVITATION, INTENTION & GUIDELINES

INVITATION

Before you come, take a moment to tune in with yourself. Come into a place of stillness.

Ask yourself: ‘What am I bringing to this gathering?’

Listen within to what arises from the depths of your heart, soul & being.

Remember, that whatever you are & whatever you're bringing; all of your light, all of your shadow, the full spectrum of yourself; it is all welcome.

You are welcome exactly as you are.

Each of us are invited to keep on moving & dancing through the full spectrum of self & this existence.

In the words of Gabrielle Roth & I, “Sweat your prayers, dance your pain” & let it all move through you.

INTENTION

This gathering will act as a threshold between the last 3 years of EDB into the beginning of a new chapter of Ace Collectiv.

Together we will create a safe, held & sacred gathering to:

Discover one's uniqueness.

Connect with the full spectrum of self.

Align heart, mind, body & soul.

Practice mindfulness, self-awareness, self-empowerment & self-expression.

Facilitate authentic connection with self, others & tribe.

Honour the divine mystery of life & the universe.

GUIDELINES

No alcohol.

Radical participation.

Radical acceptance of self & others.

Radical expression.

Practice consent. Be consensual & honour boundaries.

Respect personal space & boundaries of others. If it's not a clear yes, then it's a no.

Respect yourself.

Respect each other.

Respect the venue & the land. Let's leave the venue cleaner & more beautiful than we find it.

Pay what you owe.

Be honest.

Be authentic.

Be true.

Be your unique self.
