As we mark a new year in much of the Western world, we reflect on endings – and turn to beginnings. Let’s bring some conscious direction to that process through the power of writing and language.

This workshop will enable you to think and feel about the past year, bringing into focus your experiences and the inner changes that may have happened. From here, you will look to the future in order to take forward the growth and lessons into 2022.

Through meditative and breathing practices, practical writing exercises, and a chance to share your journey with others, this will be an empowering and uplifting opportunity to reflect and move forwards.

This stand alone workshop is the perfect introduction to the practices Dan offers and what to expect from the full 5-week course, starting  Sunday 30th January. There is no obligation to sign up for the course by attending this one-off workshop.

If you would like to attend this event but are unable to afford the ticket price, please do get in touch with us directly at mags@psychedelicsociety.org.uk. At the Psychedelic Society, we believe that everyone should be able to access our events regardless of employment or health circumstances, so we will do our best to accommodate where we can.
