Join us for an evening of dancing at the edge of “me” and “we”. A Movement Medicine journey inviting you into deepening layers of embodied awareness and joyful connection.

Referring to “the combined power of a group when they are working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately” - the concept of Synergy feels like good medicine for the times.

So let us gather to nourish and strengthen ourselves. Let us bring the creativity of our minds, rooted in the power of our moving bodies and fuelled by the feeling of our hearts - as we follow the aliveness and freedom of the dance - connecting to the infinite intelligence that exists within and around us.

Let us expand into the dance of reciprocity - attuning to the art of giving and receiving. And let us widen our awareness to become conscious of the whole. When we open to the inspiration and creativity of the collective - rooted in the experience of connectedness - a magic unfolds. We access the transformative and healing power of our togetherness in the dance. Spontaneous moments of co-creative beauty arrises and we dedicate the energy we generate out into the world for the love of life and the benefit of all.

"Such a profound experience. This is just what our world needs right now. Thank you Mira for providing this opportunity and helping to change the world one heart at a time." - Alla
