The Beauty Way

Beauty is a powerful tonic. It soothes us, enlivens us, and connects us to what is most deep and abiding in ourselves and the world. Indeed to experience beauty is to commune with the sacred. 

Although ideas of what is beautiful differ across time and space, Beauty is venerated in all cultures. Far from being superficial and frivolous, beauty is our truest North and trustiest guide… So when we are feeling lost, we can turn to beauty to guide our way home.

In this workshop, we connect with beauty as a  medicine and teacher on the nature of humanity, existence and the universe. We will look to the beautiful as a mirror, for what we find beautiful reflects something of our essence.. Beauty touches us somewhere deep inside, and what ravishes our senses tells the story of our love affair with life. 

At the same time, the experience of beauty can be sublime - blowing us open and taking us far beyond ourselves… In this way, beauty is a gateway to the transcendent and the mystical - as Khalil Gibran writes, Beauty is eternity gazing at itself in a mirror... 

Informed by Bonny’s practise as a psychosynthesis coach, this session will include meditation, reflection, discussion and intention setting to support you in creating more beauty in your life.

About your facilitator 

Bonny is a psychosynthesis coach and multidimensional creative. In her coaching work with individuals and groups, she focuses on connection to and expression of soul essence, drawing on a range of wisdom and techniques to help people answer the questions, ‘Who am I? Why am I here? & Where am I going?’ in a way that is dynamic and creative.
