Inner Guidance Workshop

A 2 hour meditation-based workshop

A meditative and creative process to channel your inner self, the Inner Guidance workshop is a practice to connect with yourself on a deeper level to access your innate wisdom, to connect with your Higher Self. Ultimately, this practice can support you in making decisions that feel more aligned with your true nature and your needs in a given time.

We all have life experiences that stressed us and these stressful memories can stay hidden in our chakras (energetic centers). When we have one or more of these centers blocked by life events, the totality of our being is unable to be inside the body and cannot access the inner knowing with neutrality.  

Some of the negative life events that cause blocked chakras might be our material imbalance, emotional disconnection, fatigue, difficulty in focusing, procrastination, difficulty of being present, lack of clarity, difficulty to integrate different processes of life.  

This Inner Guidance workshop will teach you a specific kind of meditation to clean the chakras, to re-access them and expand with new energy so you can prepare your body to connect deeper with your conscious self.  

Who should take this workshop 

This workshop is for anyone seeking answers beyond the mind. At this time, we are being guided to develop resilience and compassion for ourselves. When many events are uncertain and in flux, it helps to remember that we can access the answers within.

The practice

We are going to prepare ourselves with pranayama breathing exercises. Then we will journey through seven chakras in a meditation with the Tibetan singing bowl. We will connect with ourselves, the center of the Earth and the center of the Galaxy.  

Once we connect deeply with our Higher Self, we can ask ourselves any questions we have about our personal process.

Once finished with the meditation and the channelling, you will be invited to create a structure of creativity through writing down your answers.

The result

Inner Guidance is an educational meditative experience where you will learn how to connect with yourself in a way that can help you to better support creating the next step of your life, accessing answers within and feeling at peace. For those that work with psychoactives this can be a great practice before or after your psychedelic experience.

Inner guidance activities can also be used for channelling as well as a tool for your creative process and preparing the body for astral travel.  

With this practice you will be able to have a support tool for daily life to support you in identifying your unconscious areas of self development.  

About the facilitator

Jacson Correia’s foundation lies in the 30 years of martial arts and 20 years of holistic practice studies. Through his personal journey, he learned a wide array of holistic practices including meditation, psychology, reiki, sound therapy, Kabbalah, Mayan Calendar, Zodiac Astrology, Kaula Tantra, Tarot among others. As a result, Jacson is able to create truly unique experiences that fit his client needs.

As a 4th degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, he integrates physical aspects of personal development with the spiritual aspects to give his clients the structures to achieve balance and the desired results in their spiritual, material, mental, and emotional lives.  

As a transformational coach, he merges these modalities into highly individualized solutions for his clients, who range from actors to politicians and businesspeople worldwide. He also organizes workshops, seminars, retreats and other educational holistic events. He gives courses of Kabbalah, Astrology and the Sacred Feminine and the Sacred Masculine. Born in Brazil, he is currently based in Mexico City and London.
