Over the last 20 years Otto Laske, a former researcher at Harvard, developed a framework from which a person can intentionally develop their cognitive and social emotional capacities. Based on that our assessment identifies your relational and transformational thinking capabilities and areas for further development.

2 one hour interviews, 1 day of dialectical scoring by 2 different persons, 1 hour Feedback Session.
