Inspired by the wisdom of nature, psychedelic states of consciousness and Celtic Shamanism, Ciara weaves together the practical aspects of mushroom foraging and use with the deeper spiritual aspects of what it means to connect with native flora and activities of the ancestors

In this two part series, Ciara will share her knowledge and offer experienced guidance on all things liberty cap mushrooms. The first part will give you insight & information on everything you need to know about foraging liberty cap mushrooms, as well as exploring themes on respecting Nature and ancestral practices. The second part will focus on best practice for creating ceremony and experiencing psychedelics responsibly. 

Tuesday 20th September: Event 1 - Liberty Caps: Foraging & Relationship with the Land

  • Identification & best practice
  • Drying and storing
  • Exploring foraging as a nature connection practice & a spiritual practice.

Tuesday 27th September: Event 2 - Liberty Caps : Journeying & Integrating

What you will learn:

  • Preparing the set &  setting
  • Dosage
  • Creating a ceremony
  • Navigation
  • Integrating meaningful experiences

Ciara Sherlock, author of the book "The Spirit of the Liberty Cap: A Guide to Foraging & Journeying with Magic Mushrooms" is a retreat facilitator, bodyworker, shamanic counsellor & doula. She is dedicated to holistic wellbeing and is most passionate about psilocybin mushrooms and their potential to heal and transform. Learn more at www.ciarasherlock.com.

If you have missed Event 1 but would like to have the recording, please purchase a ticket for Both Events and you receive a link for both recordings.
