CLEARING THE CHANNEL: Creative Connection Circles (Spring Term)

Seven creative connection circles to help you clear your channel. Drop in below:

Each step is prompted by a chakra (energy area in the body), its colour and associated symbolism. 

Sessions typically involve an introduction to the theme with artistic references and quotes, creativity exercises and prompts, and guided meditation or visualisation time for self-connection and application. Participant sharing is strongly encouraged but not obligtatory.

Clearing The Channel Outline

1. 21st March
   Ground: Root, stability, anchoring, security, hibernation, incubation, safety, comfort, physical surroundings
2. 4th April
   Grow: Sacral, seeding, gushing, blooming, creating, permission, expression, excitement, release, germination
3. 11th April
   Grasp: Solar Plexus, will, decision, action, values, alignment, centring, clarification, empowerment, structure
4. 18th April
   Grieve: Heart, processing, openness, communication, love, authenticity, emotion, acceptance, loss, connection
5. 25th April
   Grind: Throat, articulation, repetition, refinement, truth, the work in the world, commitment, conviction, words
6. 2nd May
   Groove: Third Eye, intuition, surrender, flow, trust, accept, channel, align, attune, imagine, envision, inspire
7. 9th May
   Grace: Crown, beauty, bliss, oneness, celebration, the divine, reverence, appreciation, gratitude, completion

Following the success of the ‘Grounding’ launch event, the following six steps (Grow, Grasp, Grieve, Grind, Groove, Grace) are offered on a one-off drop-in basis or as a package. Sliding scale and donation prices make this event accessible for all.
