The Art of Touch (45+)

How much contact, touch and intimacy do you want in your life? What is nurturing touch for you? How can you confidently and consensually give and recieve touch? 

Let's  explore these questions through immersive activities in a fun, safe and mindful atmosphere. We will expand into abundance of touch, holding and cuddles, according to individual needs and choices.

 These platonic explorations can give precious transferable skills with family, friends, as well as in intimate relationships.

Caring for consent is required at all times, using skills developped over the course of the session. The entire workshop is clothed and non-sexual. People of all genders are welcome to connect and interact with each other. Safety and comfort are the priority. Note that this event is aimed at the 45+ age group, but open and inclusive.

Drawing from over a decade of experience teaching, sharing and leading workshops in partner and group movement and touch-based practices like partner dance, partner acrobatics, contact improv, massage, cuddling, playing, fighting, tantra, shibari, and more, Treasure holds comfortable and empowering spaces for connection. 

They have run Cuddle Parties in Bristol and at festivals since 2022.

All the work Agata offers is energised by her own personal transformation over the last 30+ years. Recognising the profound benefits of various healing practices, she trained to become a practitioner and developed a wide portfolio of skills. She works holistically with every client, whether in touch therapy or talking therapy. 

The name of her company, Uplift Body Mind, reflects her core values as a practitioner: to uplift the Body via the Mind and the Mind via Body. Her work is person-centered. Each person has all the resources within them and her role is to guide them through to their desired outcome, thorough various therapeutic processes.

Agata completed 6 levels of Human Awareness Institute workshops - immersive, residential training in deep explorations of Consent, Intimacy, Sexuality and Spirituality of human connections.
