I was unfortunately unable to attend the course live, however I benefitted greatly from Mark sending out a recording on the next day. I am so grateful to Mark for sharing his fountain of knowledge in such an unassuming manner, he has enabled me to take my practice to new levels. I highly recommend Mark as a teacher should you want to learn meditation or take your current practice deeper. 🙏

Fantastic workshop where I learned so much- there were so many great embodied and creative exercises to illustrate the points and themes of the day, I was always challenged and entertained. Beautifully held with grace and humour by the facilitators, it felt like a full daylong workshop with the depth and intimacy we went to within the group. Would highly recommend :)

A beautiful evening. It was a real joy the way people opened up to complete strangers, and to feel comfortable doing the same. Mags was a great facilitator, and her invitation to go deep while also stressing the freedom to decline any question felt perfectly balnced.
